Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and developing data-driven business solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical modeling, data visualization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven insights.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data models and business solutions.
3. Develop and maintain data pipelines and dashboards to support business intelligence initiatives.
4. Conduct market analysis and demand forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
5. Create and maintain reports using business intelligence tools like QlikView and PowerBI.
6. Monitor and optimize business processes using statistical modeling techniques.
7. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance business performance and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in programming languages: Python (Jupyter, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PySpark), R, and SQL.
• Experience with business intelligence tools: QlikView, PowerBI.
• Familiarity with cloud services: AWS (EC2, RDS, Glue), Azure (Azure Databricks, Data Factory).
• Knowledge of version control and containerization tools: Git, Docker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
