Job Title: Business Administration and Marketing Co-Op (Summer 2025)

A Day in the Life:

1. Provide administrative support to the Business Development Team (scheduling, preparing reports and presentations etc.).
2. Update, organize and manage company databases, specification platforms, and records to ensure these tools are operating effectively.
3. Identify best practices for multiple platforms with the Business Development Team.
4. Assist in marketing initiatives including but not limited to: ESG Program, website development, internal and external product promotion.
5. Assist with collaboration and development of innovative marketing strategies to achieve sales and strategic goals.
6. Complete special projects related to advertising and promotions.
7. Support order entries in Dynamics.
8. All other duties as required.

What You Bring:

1. Currently enrolled in a Post-Secondary Business Administration Program.
2. Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented.
3. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize deadlines.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Proficient with MS Office Suite.
6. Previous experience with CRM programs (ex. Hubspot) will be considered an asset.
