This position is for a Building Operator role based in Calgary, AB.

About You

You are a great teammate who thrives in delivering top-quality customer service to our clients. You are organized and manage daily operations, including water treatment testing and supervising HVAC systems, equipment logs, lighting, plumbing, and DDC systems. You respond quickly to occupant requests and are responsive. You also understand that, given the unique nature of the property, you may be called upon to lead and participate in unique initiatives. This role may require emergency procedures training at multiple locations.

In This Role

You build positive working relationships with tenants and your team members, sharing your expertise and collaborating as a group.

You work with minimal direction and bring your technical expertise to a hard-working team.

What You’ll Bring

1. 2-5 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment
2. Strong communication and customer service skills
3. A valid driver’s licence for Alberta as well as your own vehicle

Bonus skills and experience

1. Ability to multitask and be responsive to time sensitive tasks
2. Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hours
