Building mechanic technician

Groupe Robert is currently looking for a building mechanic technician for a work ________ for our _________ terminal.

Under the supervision of the manager of the buildings, the candidate acts as a technologist in building maintenance. Specifically, he is responsible for providing internal and external customers with effective technical solutions that are innovative, safe, and at an optimal cost.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Responsible for the preparation of plans and specifications for renovations or construction
• Provide technical design service to the various services of this company
• Monitor work realization
• Order materials needed
• Check and prepare bills for payment
• Manage staff

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

• Construction Engineering Technology diploma (DEC)
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, renovation, and construction of buildings
• Experience in a business environment
• Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)
• Experience in team management (an asset)
• Strong capacity for analysis and synthesis
• Autonomy, initiative, resourcefulness, and flexibility
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in multi-site
• Mobility between terminals
