Location: 1425 Cormorant Rd, Ancaster, ON (In Office)

Schedule: Full Time Days, Mon-Fri

Blair Blanchard Stapleton (BBS) Limited, Real Estate Brokerage, founded in July 1995, has become a multi-million-dollar firm leading the I.C. & I industry in the Greater Hamilton Bay area. With 21 expert sales representatives, the firm excels in industrial sales and leasing, land sales, office leasing, retail & investment real estate, and appraisals. They expanded in July 2012 with a second office in Burlington, continuing their full-service commercial real estate operations.

Position Summary:

BBS is seeking a Real Estate Brokerage Office Manager. This multifaceted role involves overseeing the daily operations of a busy commercial real estate brokerage, managing the conveyance process for two brokerages and two branch offices, supervising the marketing process of all listings, and developing and implementing strategies to ensure company goals are met with respect to compliance and administrative processes. The successful candidate will support and provide business coaching to the administration team, foster a positive culture and work environment, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. High moral standards and effective conflict resolution skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies and policies in collaboration with the Broker of Record and Partnership team to achieve the company's goals.
  • Ensure all aspects of compliance are met, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivational work environment for all staff members.
  • Lead recruiting efforts to attract top talent and meet company staffing needs.

Qualifications:

  • A degree or college diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in office management, deals administration, and marketing administration within the commercial real estate sector.
  • Experience in a similar role within the real estate industry, preferably commercial.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience with Lonewolf (Back Office and Transaction Desk).
  • High degree of knowledge regarding compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in office management software.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic planning ability.
