BREWERY FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER

Co Duties and Responsibilities

1. Working with the Front of House Manager to achieve the highest level of customer service
2. Managing Front of House Staff and overseeing day-to-day operations
3. Bartending, serving, assisting/mingling with customers
4. Hiring, training, and supervising staff
5. Creating consistent, positive customer experiences
6. Opening and closing of the Taproom accurately and proficiently
7. Addressing inquiries, conflicts, complaints, and feedback from customers and staff members
8. Ensuring cleaning duties are regularly completed
9. Assisting with event ideas to draw in customers and working events
10. Conducting quarterly staff reviews

Sole Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

1. Maintaining stock levels in Front of House including merchandise for retail sale, beverages, snacks, supplies, etc., and assisting in ordering supplies/merchandise when necessary
2. Scheduling Front of House staff including Support staff
3. Food and Beverage Menu management/quality control
4. Systems management, POS management

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Interested in long-term growth within the business
2. Experience with management/leadership roles
3. Serving it Right certification
4. Proficiency with Point of Sale systems and computer programs
5. Ability to work independently, as well as lead/manage and motivate a team
6. Flexibility to work days, weekends, evenings, and holidays in Manager/Bartending roles, attending events, etc.
7. Solid understanding of business management practices and strategies to assist profitability of the Brewery
8. Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic; Craft Beer knowledge is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
