Job Description :

We are seeking a D365 Business Central Consultant to join our team and assist clients in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP consulting, business process analysis, and system implementation, helping organizations streamline their financial and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implementation & Deployment : Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Business Process Analysis : Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify gaps, and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Customization & Development : Customize Business Central using AL coding, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft tools to meet specific business requirements.
• Training & Support : Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and optimal system usage.
• Integration & Migration : Assist in data migration, third-party integrations, and upgrades from legacy ERP systems.
• Project Management : Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization : Analyze and resolve technical or functional issues, ensuring system performance and compliance.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV.
• Strong knowledge of finance, supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing modules in Business Central.
• Hands-on experience in AL coding, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), and API integrations.
• Experience in SQL, Jet Reports, and Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and security best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or in a team.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
