Job Title: Brand Manager

Location: Hybrid, 2360 Meadowpine Blvd., Unit 1, Mississauga, ON L5N 6S2

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

The Opportunity:
The Brand Manager is the creative and visual lead for triOS and Eastern College, responsible for maintaining a consistent, elevated, and student-focused brand presence. This role oversees all creative development, manages agency and freelance partners, and ensures brand messaging is brought to life across all platforms.

What you'll do:

  1. Oversee all brand creative, video, and design projects through agency and freelance partners.
  2. Own brand guidelines; train cross-functional teams and manage a central asset portal.
  3. Serve as the lead for launching new programs, collaborating with the full marketing team to develop and execute a cohesive, high-impact go-to-market strategy that drives awareness and leads.
  4. Develop a student-centric social strategy with the Social Media Specialist.
  5. Capture and manage student, alumni, and faculty testimonials; build and maintain a legally-approved content library.
  6. Support campus marketing execution and regional requests with the Campus Marketing Coordinator.
  7. Lead brand support for new campus launches and student ambassador program development.
  8. Support the creation and execution of marketing materials for new campus openings to ensure strong brand presence and community awareness.
  9. Launch and manage a student ambassador program – Engage students to create authentic content and support key marketing initiatives.
  10. Develop initiatives that position alumni as brand ambassadors while creating meaningful programs, resources, and communications that support them post-graduation.
  11. Ensure creative consistency across all channels, campaigns, and internal requests.

What you bring to the role:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a focus on executing multi-channel campaigns.
  2. Proven ability to manage and maintain a brand across digital, print, video, and social platforms.
  3. Agency experience or managing agency partners considered a strong asset.
  4. Hands-on experience in integrated marketing, creative production, and content execution.
  5. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
  7. Ability to enforce brand consistency and manage creative approval processes.
  8. Experience in the education or college sector is an asset.
  9. Proficiency with marketing tools, content systems, and project tracking platforms.
