Job Description
Reporting to the Chapter Lead, Communications, this strategic role is responsible for bringing the brands and their key projects to life both internally and externally within the organization.
The candidate will participate in developing and executing customer-focused marketing strategies that drive engagement and loyalty. This role involves creating data-driven, multi-channel communications in collaboration with various teams in an Agile environment. The candidate will also contribute to brand alignment, ensuring consistency in positioning and tone across all launches and communications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development of the upper-funnel advertising strategy (awareness & consideration) to achieve business objectives.
- Manage the creation and deployment of brand campaigns in collaboration with external agencies.
- Develop plans, tracking documents, and campaign frameworks to effectively manage programs and keep project team members informed.
- Develop personalized customer communications aligned with marketing strategies while ensuring brand consistency.
- Communicate and promote company changes, improvements, or new initiatives related to the brand to internal teams. Ensure their understanding and engagement.
- Work closely with various internal teams, especially customer-facing teams, to ensure that the brand image and its social mission are upheld across all touchpoints (website, retail locations, events, or community activities).
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal communications.
- Analyze and optimize measurement units to assess the impact of brand-related initiatives.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in marketing, communications, or advertising.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in advertising or agency work.
- Experience in communication, brand management, or multichannel campaign management is an asset.
SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Passion for customer experience, with an understanding of brand image importance and various touchpoint sequences.
- Ability to manage complex transformation projects from start to finish (data collection, briefing, execution, tracking, optimization).
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and sound decision-making abilities.
- Solid project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and independent, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including data-driven thinking in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. (The employee will work with stakeholders outside of Quebec.)
