Brand Ambassador

Brand Momentum is a leading Marketing and Sales company dedicated to delivering exceptional products/services and building strong, lasting connections with our customers. We believe in innovation, quality, and creating memorable brand experiences. As part of our commitment to spreading brand awareness and engaging with communities, we are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to join our team.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face and voice of Brand Momentum, representing our values and products to customers and the public. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, promoting products, and fostering positive interactions with potential customers. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for people, a knack for sales, and an eagerness to make a meaningful impact on the company’s success.

Role Details:

Wage: $22.00- $24.00

Locations:

  1. Devonshire Vapes and Cigars, 160 Burnside Road E, Victoria, V9A 1A2
  2. Devonshire Flowers and Food, 808 Goldstream Ave, Victoria, V9B 2X7

Must be comfortable working in both locations.

Hours: Monday-Sunday

Schedule: 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts between 10 am-9 pm.

Full time - 30-40 hours per week.
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Customers: Interact with customers and the public at events, stores, and other designated locations to share product information and enhance brand awareness.
  • Product Promotion: Promote products and services through in-person events, online engagement, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Brand Knowledge: Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and answer customer questions effectively.
  • Demonstrate Products: Offer product samples, demonstrate features, and share key benefits with potential customers to create positive brand experiences.
  • Generate Leads and Sales: Actively encourage purchases, share promotional offers, and generate leads to contribute to sales goals.
  • Customer Feedback Collection: Gather feedback and insights from customers to help the marketing team understand customer preferences and perceptions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, or as a brand ambassador is preferred but not required.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing and engaging personality.
  • Brand Passion: A genuine interest in our brand, products, and industry.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, carry materials, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be of legal age.
