Feel proud of what you do and help shape the future of BC at a BC Top Employer. We’re driven by purpose – delivering peace of mind to one in three BC households with insurance, roadside assistance, auto repair, Evo Car Share and Evolve E-Bike Share. With a long history of keeping roads safe and giving back in ways that build stronger communities, we offer a wide variety of meaningful, rewarding careers that move BC forward.

We are currently hiring a Brand Activations & Content Coordinator based in our Head Office in Burnaby.

Please note that this is a hybrid role based out of our Burnaby, BC office (3 Remote / 2 On Site). Applicants who are not located within commuting distance of our Head Office or are not looking to relocate to the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region will not be considered.

Are you passionate about building brands, engaging communities, and bringing experiences to life? As the Brand Activations & Content Coordinator for Evo Car Share (powered by BCAA), you’ll play a key role in executing exciting brand activations and crafting compelling content that connects with Evo’s growing Member base across Metro Vancouver and Victoria.

Working closely with the Specialist, Partnerships & Content, you’ll lead high-impact community events, develop content strategies, manage partner collaborations, and oversee the Brand Ambassador team—all while helping drive Evo’s brand visibility, engagement, and Member growth.

Who you are:

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm and organized.

  • You’re a proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset and an eye for detail.

  • You have a natural flair for storytelling and know how to create content that connects with diverse audiences.

  • You bring creativity and energy to every project, inspiring others to deliver memorable brand experiences.

  • You’re collaborative, communicative, and enjoy working across teams and with external partners.

  • You’re comfortable leading activations, coordinating logistics, and supporting hands-on brand execution.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the execution of Evo’s annual event plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards.

  • Coordinate logistics and onsite delivery for brand activations, including tents, signage, and Evo vehicles.

  • Liaise with municipalities, venues, and third-party partners to secure and manage activation opportunities.

  • Lead and support Evo’s Brand Ambassador team, including training, coaching, and scheduling in collaboration with agency partners.

  • Manage all experiential marketing elements including permits, planning, and partner engagement.

  • Track and report on the performance of events and partnerships, offering insight and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with the content and partnerships team to develop a cross-platform content calendar.

  • Support content creation across social media, blog, and internal channels, working with teams like Evolve, BCAA GO, and Evo Operations.

  • Stay current with trends and best practices to produce creative, high-impact content and campaign ideas.

  • Recommend boosting strategies and paid content tactics to expand reach and engagement.

  • Coordinate event scheduling and maintain inventory of promotional materials, uniforms, and equipment.

  • Ensure all event materials are in excellent condition and sustainably sourced.

  • Prepare and distribute detailed event kits, including maps, contacts, and logistics.

  • Collect and implement 360° feedback from activations to enhance future experiences.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event marketing, brand activations, or partnership development (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Certificate or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Events, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills with experience presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content editing tools (e.g. CapCut, TikTok & Reels optimization).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive mindset.

  • Experience with marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and reporting.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Valid BC driver’s license and ability to operate an Evo vehicle in line with Evo’s Membership Agreement.

  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Internal Applicants: Please note that the internal posting closes on April 11, 2025, and the role is a Grade 9 position.
