Hiring Team Member, Shift Leaders, & Assistant Managers!

We are hiring:

1. Team Members: Starting at $17/hr-$19/hr (depending on experience)
2. Shift Leaders: Starting at $19/hr-$21/hr (depending on experience)
3. Assistant Manager: Starting at $22/hr-$25/hr (depending on experience)

Duties:

1. Memorize the 1-2-3 Steps on building a proper superfood bowl and be able to explain the health benefits of the ingredients and the food to customers in an upbeat and informative manner.
2. Keep the front lobby and outside area clean.
3. Provide excellent customer service, including being positive, polite, and informative to customers, as well as giving accurate wait times.
4. Assist and ring up guests, answer text support, and take orders over the phone.
5. Have a thorough knowledge of the food and recipes. Must be able to follow recipes and to make all food in a timely and sanitary manner.
6. Prep food according to proper procedures.
7. Continuously and thoroughly clean the kitchen and lobby.
8. Put away deliveries and keep everything organized.
9. Wash blenders, containers, ice cream scoopers, and put away.
10. Communicate with other staff to ensure that all orders are made correctly and in a timely way.
11. Inform managers in a timely manner of days off needed.
12. Show up on time and take breaks for the appropriate length of time.
13. Complete all opening and closing duties.
14. Perform additional tasks requested by your manager.
15. Follow sanitation guidelines.
16. Stock and rotate food.
17. Adhere to safety procedures.
18. Practice cost-cutting measures.
19. Work as a team.
20. Track food quality.
21. Handle special circumstances.
22. Provide customer service.
23. Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.

Requirements:

1. Must be able to handle a basic computer, POS system; handling order receipts.
2. Flexible to work during our hours of 7 AM to 9 PM.
3. Ability to work early mornings or closing times (higher pay).
4. Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements.
5. Expedite orders accurately and quickly.
6. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift medium-weighted boxes, move quickly, and have a sense of urgency.
7. Positive personality/customer service/engagement in person and in digital formats is key.
8. Maintain a clean and work-appropriate personal appearance.
9. Come to work with a positive attitude and willingness to work well with others.
10. Food experience or active Food Handler Permit is a PLUS!
11. Computer/Mobile knowledge is a PLUS!
12. 17+ years old preferred.
