Key Responsibilities
Managing a team of Fashion Advisors
Ensure the teams proper understanding and deployment of the House's strategy.
Coach the team to bring it to a high level of style expertise and client experience.
Federate and motivate the team towards the achievement of commercial objectives via regular one-to-one follow-up meetings.
Maximize the potential of the individual, define the priority actions of individual skills development, and monitor them while ensuring regular communication to the Deputy Manager on this topic.
Managing the team in terms of leadership and in partnership with the Boutique Director performing performance appraisal, setting, and monitoring individual goals of sales team members.
Conduct and/or organize briefings to the team and animation of Morning Briefings.
Observing, interacting, and coaching the Team on the Floor to elevate the staff at the expected level of Style and Client experience.
Identifying development areas of team members & proposing corresponding action plan, including training programs.
Encouraging team spirit, knowledge sharing and know-how.
Driving the business and managing an activity
In collaboration with Boutique Director contribute to the development and implementation of the boutique overall business strategy.
Oversee the compliance with Boutique procedures and the Boutique Charter.
Pro-actively propose suggestions for a better client experience and boutique operational efficiency.
Manage and monitor sales of an activity to ensure strong progress towards the goal.
Assist in buying of the collections for the boutique while respecting the budget, the guidelines and the one boutique one story.
Perform quantitative analyses to make recommendations related to business and product strategy.
Set up action plans aimed at developing business and performance of his activity.
Make regular reports to the Boutique Management.
Ensure the visibility of the product line in collaboration with Visual Merchandising.
Optimize inventory management and follow sell-through and inventory objectives for his category.
Being an ambassador of the brand
With clients ensure consistent delivery of client experience in line with the brand guidelines and participation in client events.
Always embody the environmental and societal values of the House and acts as an ambassador of the house.
Use Chanel Brand Image as a filter in decision making.
