We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team. This position is based out of our office in Woodbridge, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient with QuickBooks software, including Journal Entries, Monthly Bank reconciliation (Canada and USA), and financial reporting.
• Posting and clearing AR & AP transactions.
• Generating client invoices, verifying for accuracy, and weekly processing.
• Proficient with ADP and PAYWORKS payroll software (or equivalent) & reconciliation.
• Monitor financial transactions and generate monthly financial reports for executives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Must have Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB) designation
• 3+ years of proven bookkeeping experience
• 3+ years working with QuickBooks, ADP and Payworks (or equivalent payroll software) and software for T4 and T4A's
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
