Northern Forge Studios is a young indie mobile video game studio with a mission to bring what we loved about a golden age of gaming to the modern era. Our games utilize modern day technology, augmented reality features, and rich connectivity while staying true to what makes games fun, challenging, and lasting.
As we celebrate the success of recently hitting 5+ million installs across our two titles, we are currently looking to expand our team with a hyper-organized individual who can help us by being the voice of the customer – the player – in all of the studio’s efforts.
The Player Support Specialist will be in charge of managing our technical support queue. This will be the first role at the studio dedicated to customer support, and thus would be expected to handle our current support volume of 20-30 tickets a day. These tickets range from general bug reports, refund requests, and account recovery requests.
