What you’ll be doing:

1. Greeting and welcoming of guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
2. Coordinating guest appointments for Auto Body and Auto Glass estimates and repairs.
3. In-bound and out-bound calls for appointments, follow-up, and status updates.
4. Submitting final repair claims to insurance providers upon completion.
5. Coordinating repairs with other departments and outside sources as required.
6. Checking in vehicles for repairs and checking out vehicles after completion.
7. Other administrative functions as required.

What we need from you:

1. Previous experience handling insurance related matters is strongly preferred.
2. Previous experience with related software suites is an asset (CDK, BodyShopConnect, Mitchell Connect, etc).
3. Relative and related automotive knowledge for effective customer communication and interaction related to the repair process is required.
4. Be self-motivated, process driven and an overall team player!
5. Have excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Have a very high attention to detail.
7. Enjoy connecting with customers and taking the time to connect with them!
8. Possess exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
9. Be willing to follow policies and procedures as outlined in the operation of the Fixed Operations Department.
