Your Role & Responsibilities:

Diagnose & Repair– Identify and fix issues efficiently, following BMW's high standards.
Routine Maintenance– Perform essential services to keep vehicles in peak condition.
Precision Testing– Conduct thorough inspections and road tests to ensure optimal performance.
Client & Team Communication– Work closely with service advisors to provide accurate updates to clients.
Continuous Learning– Stay up to date withBMW online training coursesand additional certifications as assigned.
Preventative Maintenance– Use diagnostic software to recommend services that enhance vehicle longevity.

What You Bring to the Table:

310S Certification (Required)– Must be a fully licensed automotive technician.
Experience with European Brands– Previous experience with BMW or other luxury brands is a plus.
Strong Diagnostic & Technical Skills– Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex mechanical issues.
Valid G-Level Ontario Driver’s License– Required for vehicle operation.
Team Player Attitude– Ability to collaborate and contribute to a fast-moving dealership environment.
Commitment to Excellence– Passion for delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
