I’m Avery, Founder & CEO of Bloom—a workplace design consultancy changing the way the world works. We’re the only firm bridging HR, DEI, and recruitment to transform the employee experience from end to end. From building teams to revamping HR systems to leading DEI workshops, we help companies design workplaces that actually work for people.
We’ve partnered with brands like CAMH, Joe Fresh, Spotify, Knix, and SmartSweets to rethink how we work. Along the way, we’ve identified a major gap: the essential leadership and interpersonal skills that aren’t traditionally taught—like giving and receiving feedback, conflict resolution, and leading with emotional intelligence. That’s why we created Bloom Capacity Building training, equipping teams with practical, actionable tools to navigate today’s workplace.
Now, we’re expanding our collective of Bloom Facilitators to help lead these transformative trainings. If you’re passionate about work, people, and building stronger teams through anti-oppressive practices, let’s connect. The future of work isn’t a prediction—it’s a practice. And we have the opportunity to start building it, together.
Why Bloom?
At Bloom, we’re on a mission to change the way the world works—for the better. We don’t just deliver training; we drive real transformation by helping organizations build lasting DEI capacity. Our approach goes beyond one-time sessions. Through capacity-building and leadership development, we equip teams with the confidence, skills, and tools to embed equity into everyday practices in a way that feels authentic and impactful.
As a facilitator with Bloom, you’ll have the flexibility to shape your work around your expertise and schedule while making a real impact. We’ve partnered with some of the world’s most iconic companies—ones that genuinely care about building better workplaces for everyone. This is flexible work where you’ll play a key role in guiding people through meaningful growth, helping individuals and organizations navigate complex workplace challenges with confidence.
You’ll also be part of a dynamic, supportive community of educators and experts, with opportunities for collaboration, ongoing learning, and access to resources that enhance your facilitation skills. If you’re passionate about shaping the future of work, this opportunity is for you.
About the Role
We’re looking to connect with HR leaders, workplace coaches, and workplace enthusiasts who have a strong understanding of how to build essential—but often overlooked—leadership and interpersonal skills. If you have experience in leadership & team development, workplace culture & organizational growth, negotiation & conflict resolution, change management, workplace productivity, or HR strategy & talent development, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you can facilitate sessions using Bloom’s original materials or bring your own content (at a negotiated rate!). Either way, we’re here to equip workplaces with the skills that truly make a difference—together.
The Opportunity
Did you know? Over and over again, research tells us that male-identified candidates apply to jobs when they meet part of the role’s criteria; women and other marginalized folks tend to apply only when they meet 100% of the qualifications. If you do not have all of the qualifications listed below, we encourage you to apply anyway!

The Interview Process
We are accepting applications for this role up to April 14, 2025. All candidates who have applied will be contacted with what’s next in the interview process by April 30, 2025. Any and all applicants that come after the communicated deadline will not be considered.
Start Date
We care deeply about offering all applicants a fair and consistent selection process. While we’d love to connect with every candidate individually, we’re unable to accommodate one-on-one conversations before the interview stage. Keeping our process structured helps us reduce bias and ensure we’re selecting facilitators based on skills, experience, and alignment with our mission.
