We are looking for a Senior Biopharma Sales Specialist - Mass Spectrometry (m/f/d) to join our Sales team for France/ Benelux. In this role you will be responsible for the sale on assigned product portfolio for biopharma companies in the geographic territory of France and Benelux. In this role you will work from a home-based/remote office with frequent travel to customer sites.

Job responsibilities

  • Sales coverage for Mass Spectrometry instruments and products, including lead generation and enquiry follow up, prospecting for new business, attending demonstrations, producing sales forecasts and territory planning, with special focus on significant accounts and one or more dealers.
  • Manage existing customers and develop new sales opportunities within the territory to achieve sales targets quarterly and annually, by involving internal resources and stakeholders (e.g. Support, Service etc.) early in the sales process and in the most efficient way.
  • Provide the company with relevant market information for the development of strategies on products. Impacts directly upon the sales of products now and the development of future opportunities.
  • Capture, analyze and deliver information from the field to allow the company to develop strategies and products appropriate to the market. Information includes forecasting and lost order reporting as well as competitive information. Provides direct information on client needs to marketing in order to improve product promotion activities.
  • Take a lead role within the sales force for new product introduction; mentors less experienced colleagues in the sales organization, providing guidance and coaching.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemistry, Life Science or related fields or equivalent experience.
  • Professional experience with proven track record of successful sales, preferably in the field of Mass Spectrometry or Chromatography or related.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Valid Driver's License and full work permit in European Union
  • Willingness to travel frequently
