Biology Research Scientist

We are seeking a Biology Research Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of AI models.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training and evaluating these AI chatbots to ensure their logic and problem-solving capabilities meet the highest standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess an expert understanding of biology. A completed or in-progress Masters / PhD is preferred but not required. Other related fields include microbiology, cell biology, genetics, physiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology, and environmental science.

Responsibilities

• You will provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs to assess their performance and accuracy.
• You will evaluate the quality of the output produced by AI models, ensuring it meets the required standards of correctness and performance.

Qualifications

• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and / or PhD in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level) is essential.
• You must be detail-oriented, proficient in biology, and skilled in inductive / deductive reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.
