We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing process of our aluminum sunrooms. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing daily production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, optimizing workflow efficiency, and leading a team of skilled workers.

This role requires a strong understanding of aluminum fabrication, assembly processes, and lean manufacturing principles to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of the production process for aluminum sunroom manufacturing, including cutting, fabrication, assembly, and finishing.
2. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
3. Monitor and maintain equipment to minimize downtime and ensure machinery operates efficiently.
4. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
5. Optimize production workflows by identifying bottlenecks, reducing waste, and applying lean manufacturing techniques.
6. Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure material availability, design accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
7. Track and report key performance indicators such as production output, labor efficiency, and defect rates.
8. Manage inventory levels of raw materials (e.g., aluminum extrusions, glass, hardware) and finished goods to support production demands.
9. Resolve production issues promptly, troubleshooting problems related to materials, equipment, or personnel.
10. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for aluminum sunrooms.
11. Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
12. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality, durable products.
13. Physical ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting as needed.

From $25.00 per hour
