Are you a clear communicator who builds strong relationships and engages with your team? If you're a systematic problem solver who can tie the day-to-day to the bigger picture, this opportunity is for you. As someone with excellent communication skills and technical acumen, you will thrive in Dillon’s fast-paced and agile environment—where innovation is encouraged, ideas matter, and your work will make a visible impact.

Leadership, Mentorship & Culture:

  1. Mentor and support BIM professionals across multiple offices, fostering a culture of innovation, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement, building trust across offices and disciplines.
  2. Raise the internal profile of BIM through presentations, internal communications, cross-discipline engagement, and strategic training, leading onboarding and Revit skills assessments for new hires, proactively promoting digital delivery, BIM adoption, and continuous innovation.
  3. Lead and coordinate internal BIM user groups, staying informed about industry trends and best practices to bring insight back into Dillon’s teams, comfortable with ambiguity and driving improvement in evolving environments.

Project Enablement & Client Integration:

  1. Ensure smooth integration of subconsultant and external stakeholder models and support BIM throughout construction documentation, shop drawings, and asset delivery, focused on ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client needs.

  3. Conduct BIM audits or quality checks on active projects, flagging issues and helping teams stay aligned with standards, measuring success through adoption, quality, efficiency, and impact.
  4. Host training sessions or working sessions to raise the digital literacy of colleagues and grow internal BIM capabilities, reviewing and evolving standards and execution plans, proactively promoting digital delivery, BIM adoption, and continuous innovation.
