PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Process program registrations received via fax, e-mail and phone on a daily basis;
  2. Ensure prompt updates to program database on an ongoing basis;
  3. Maintain effective communications with multiple external and internal customers;
  4. Maintain accurate electronic records of information regarding patient and program registrations, patient data, laboratory alerts, and requests for further information;
  5. Communicate with internal and external clients as deemed necessary.
  6. The Risk Management Associate will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Minimum 2 years experience in customer service / data entry role, in an office setting
  2. Working experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare-related industries is an asset
  3. College diploma or University degree in a related field;
  4. Bilingualism: French and English is required

The successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients or peers from cross-functional teams.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  2. Professional / courteous / efficient telephone manner
  3. Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
  4. Effective organizational skills; attention to detail
  5. Ability to consistently meet deadlines
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
  8. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Programs
