Are you a passionate and creative talent acquisition specialist looking for a role where you can truly make an impact? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting Core Store Support (the core functions that keep our business running smoothly!), you’ll be more than just a recruiter – you’ll be a strategic partner, a talent advisor and a brand ambassador. This isn’t your typical recruitment role; you’ll be focused on finding the “perfect” fit for a variety of critical roles that directly impact our company’s success.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Talent Attraction: You will identify and apply creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent at all levels within our corporate environment. Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates for current and future openings. This includes leveraging social media, networking events, and employee referral programs to build a diverse talent pool.
  2. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Effectively manage applications and candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and job posting to screening, assessment, and offer negotiation. Bring energy, passion, and knowledge of the talent market to each search project.
  3. Relationship-Building: Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, candidates and talent prospects. Understand the current and future recruitment needs, optimize sourcing strategies, and build versatile candidate pipelines. Proactively communicate with hiring managers to provide updates on recruitment progress and address any concerns.
  4. Offers of Employment: Facilitate the job offer process, including negotiation between managers and candidates, and working with Talent Coordinators on the due-diligence back-end processes.
  5. Tracking: Utilize Workday and Paradox to meticulously maintain accurate and up-to-date information throughout the recruitment process. Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on progress and performance. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

What You’ll Need:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a demonstrated ability to manage a high volume workload and meet tight deadlines.
  2. Education: Post secondary education equivalent to a diploma or degree in HR or a related field.
  3. Communication & Negotiation: Solid verbal and written skills in both English and French. Effective negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
  4. Sourcing Expertise: Strong understanding of leading-edge sourcing and recruitment techniques and methods; effective at identifying and sourcing passive candidates; strong direct sourcing.
  5. Portfolio Management: Ability to effectively manage a recruitment portfolio with varying levels of vacancies/requisitions.
  6. Candidate Pipelining: Proactive approach to candidate generation, utilizing diverse methods beyond traditional job postings to identify and attract top talent.
  7. Attention to detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate tracking of recruitment efforts in real-time.
  8. ATS: Exposure to an applicant tracking system (ATS), Workday preferred.
  9. Professionalism: Thoughtful and respectful; demonstrates discretion and business insight; able to work with diverse personalities and work styles.
  10. Adaptability & Resilience: Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain composure under pressure.
