  • Coach teams and mentor SDETs on automation, test strategies, accessibility testing, and best practices.
  • Help define and implement quality standards, guidelines, and tooling strategies.
  • Contribute to paved-road testing utilities and templates for faster and consistent implementation.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to integrate testing into CI/CD workflows.
  • Support measurement and improvement of test coverage, flakiness, and test feedback cycle time.

What you should have:

  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or SDET roles.

  • Knowledge of accessibility testing techniques and standards (WCAG, axe-core, screen readers).
  • Experience building and scaling shared testing frameworks and libraries.
  • Familiarity with test strategy, test design techniques, and quality metrics.
  • Strong understanding of the test pyramid and shift-left testing principles.
  • Proven interpersonal, leadership and business competencies, including coaching engineers, communication in both English and French, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.

  • Proficient in integrating tests into pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Working knowledge of tools like Tosca, SonarQube, Accessibility testing, and SAST/DAST tools for security and quality analysis.

It would be great if you also had:
