Role Designation: Fully Remote

Role Overview:

The Recruiter manages searches of increasing complexity by overseeing the recruiting process including the hiring strategy, sourcing approach, and client relationships. They are responsible for maintaining accurate and concise records and reports for all phases of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Participates in client/TA projects (outcome of staffing strategy or business change)
  2. Ensures candidate has a positive experience and applies judgment when situation deviates from practice
  3. Communicates proactively and consistently with leaders and candidates throughout the process
  4. Works with internal clients and external resources to ensure that Talent Acquisition strategies, programs, and tools provide a pipeline of qualified talent for employee positions
  5. Manages client relationships (HRBPs, hiring managers, senior leaders) independently; provides updates and conducts status calls based on client need (reporting, sourcing efforts, and recruiting analytics)
  6. Develops client strategy based on business goals and the client’s talent philosophy/strategy
  7. Leads consulting services to client; serves as a primary source of staffing and recruitment strategy advice, consultation, and education.

Language Skills: Bilingualism in French and English is required.

Experience: 2 or more years of experience.

Education: 4 year Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu): In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
