Project & Stakeholder Management

• Manage insurance-related restoration projects, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and timelines
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and insurance reps to align on goals
• Secure permits, approvals, and work authorizations

Estimating & Documentation

• Create/edit Xactimate estimates and floor plans
• Maintain project documentation in internal and external claims systems
• Track financials, invoicing, and collections

Scheduling & Resource Coordination

• Oversee scheduling of personnel and subcontractors
• Conduct job site assessments to ensure quality standards
• Provide technical expertise to project teams

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure safety and compliance on job sites
• Conduct hazard assessments and report unsafe conditions
• Participate in safety training and inspections

• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluency in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• 3+ years of experience in project management, construction, restoration, or insurance
• Post-secondary education in Construction, Business, or Project Management
• Knowledge of building codes, regulatory agencies, and compliance
• Experience with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle, Docusketch

• Standard business hours with occasional overtime or on-call duties
• Mobility and physical activity required on job sites
• Travel to job sites required
