Position: Bilingual Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Bilingual Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the marketing department, involved in initiatives for all brands within the company.

In this role:

1. You will support the execution of all social media, digital, and PR initiatives including display marketing, SEO/SEM, email, e-commerce, social media, sponsorships, promotional events, and press releases/events.
2. You will manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign assets, and all relevant campaign materials in preparation for campaign launch, adhering to deadlines.
3. You will assist with the development, procurement, and deployment of digital and traditional brand supporting materials.
4. You will utilize your creative writing skills to generate and review product marketing descriptions in both English and French.
5. You will create PowerPoint presentations for use at National Sales Conferences, Trade Shows, Executive Committee Meetings, and Customer Meetings.

Requirements:

1. You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a comparable role with a consumer goods company.
2. You have advanced computer skills.
3. Your oral and written skills in English and French are excellent.
4. Your professionalism enhances your interaction with vendors.
