Bilingual Luxury Hotel Reservation Sales Consultant

What You'll be Doing:

• Engage with Guests: Answer inbound calls in an unscripted, conversational manner while assisting with room and suite reservations for our luxury brands around the world, including iconic properties like the Fairmont Banff Springs, Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, the Sofitel Montréal, and many others.
• Create Memorable Experiences: Guide your guests in choosing their ideal room and package, turning their moments into lasting memories with your sales expertise and personalized recommendations.
• Use Your Creativity: As an Accor Heartist (Heart + Artist), you’ll bring warmth and creativity to every conversation, personalizing your offers to provide your guests with unique and authentic experiences.

What's In It for You:

• $20.60 per hour starting salary, which includes a $1.50 per hour premium for French language skills. In addition, you earn a $1.00 shift premium for hours worked after midnight.
• 4 weeks of paid vacation annually, 13 paid statutory holidays, and a schedule that includes rotating weekends off, ensuring work-life balance.
• Remote Work Flexibility: Enjoy the convenience of working from home after completing the 4 weeks of fully paid personalized, onsite training in Moncton in a small group setting. Must be able to attend the in-person training, we provide travel and accommodations for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Bilingual Proficiency: Professional-level fluency in both French and English is required.
• Experience and/or Education in Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre along with a passion for helping others will help you be successful in this role.
• Multitask Efficiently: Seamlessly navigate multiple software systems while communicating with guests to offer smooth, efficient service.

Availability, Location and Internet:

• Must be currently legally able to work full time in Canada.
• Must be able to work from 5:30 pm to 2:00 am or 6:30 pm to 03:00 (your choice), including weekends and holidays, with some rotating weekends off.
• This is a full time, permanent career position, we do not offer part time or student positions.
• This is a remote (work from home) role; you must reside in and be working from one of these Canadian provinces: NB, NS, or PEI.
• Must have a suitable home workspace, and a high-speed, direct internet connection.
