Bilingual Logistic Coordinator (English & French)

Aversan Inc is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration and Software Testing for industries including Digital Health, Medical Devices, IT and Aerospace. We are currently seeking a qualified Bilingual Logistic Coordinator to work on leading-edge technology products. The successful candidate for this full-time position will be a part of a highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.

Location: Montreal, Quebec

Schedule: HYBRID (3 days in office, but some weeks may require 4-5 days in the office as well)

Responsibilities

1. Growing professional relationships with various internal stakeholders.
2. Support and Interface with the aftermarket Project Managers with requests related to parts for update projects.
3. Ensure to meet delivery timelines specified by the aftermarket and manufacturing target deadline.
4. Initiate movement of parts between cells, labs and shipping area.
5. Provide guidance and hands-on support for missing project parts.
6. Expedite parts sourcing for critical in-field and upcoming aftermarket projects.
7. Compile, record and report parts expedition performance and progress to management and key stakeholders.
8. Participate in the reduction of the part shortages via continuous improvement processes.
9. Manage the power-off priorities for all aftermarket projects and the shipping cell.

Basic Qualifications

1. College degree or logistic related experience
2. Strong planning and excellent communication skills.
3. Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
4. Excellent computer skills
5. Customer-focused individual
