The Opportunity

As our IT Onsite Support / IT Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our Montreal head office and Quebec-based stores running smoothly from a tech standpoint. You’ll handle everything from supporting staff with their laptops to resolving in-store issues with scanners and payment terminals. You’ll collaborate with our local and global IT teams to bring innovative solutions to life. This is a great opportunity for someone hands-on, resourceful, and motivated by direct impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide first-line technical support to store and office employees (hardware, software, network, systems)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, handheld RF scanners, POS systems, and payment terminals
  • Configure, install, and maintain IT equipment for existing and new store openings
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation
  • Work closely with the Canadian and global IT teams on upgrades and rollouts
  • Travel occasionally to retail stores in Quebec for onsite support

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in IT support, desktop support, or help desk
  • Comfortable working in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
  • Prior hands-on experience with Windows OS, networking, and retail technology
  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
  • Must be based in Montreal and available for occasional travel within Quebec Province
