Reporting to the Senior Call Center Manager, as the Inside Sales Representative / Setter at Lifestyle Home Products, you are primarily responsible for actioning leads, nurturing relationships and setting appointments with potential clients.
This role involves using various communication channels, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, and social media to reach out to prospective customers, qualify leads and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, customer-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
This is a remote work from home role but candidates must be willing to do a week of in person training in Peterborough Ontario. You must be able to speak French and English to apply for this role.
