For this role:

Responsible for delivering BSI’s audit services to assigned clients in accordance with all BSI, scheme and regulatory requirements to assure timely, cost-effective service delivery that meets our customer needs. The individual will conduct various types of audits as Team Leader or Team Member. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified and experienced 3rd party bilingual Information Security (27001) Auditor.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of assigned clients based on location and ensure a match of qualifications and client contract requirements set by Planners.
  2. Contact clients to confirm visits, plan assessments, make travel arrangements, conduct assessments, and manage reporting results.
  3. Safely commute to and from client sites and stay overnight when required.
  4. Monitor client accounts to ensure that records, visit cycles, invoicing, and other related matters are properly managed to maintain client satisfaction.
  5. Follow the Competence Development plan and requirements set by the Manager.
  6. Develop to reach assessor status and then Lead Assessor status through the prescribed program, maintaining auditor and scheme qualifications.
  7. Lead teams when necessary and mentor new or inexperienced colleagues as needed to meet business needs.
  8. Attend required training and follow all procedures, processes, and policies within BSI for client management, home-based office management, use of BSI equipment, and communication both internally and externally.
  9. Perform any other assignments as needed to meet assessment delivery business objectives.

Your skills and experience:

  1. Four (4)+ years’ experience in Information Technology and 2 years’ experience in Information Security.
  2. Experience in applying standards, practices, codes, and assessment and certification programs relevant to the IT security industry and the specific organisation or business domain.
  3. Full and valid driving licence.
