Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Hybrid in Kingston or Toronto (York Mills)

Empire Life is looking to hire a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team!

What you’ll be working on:

  1. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders in the development, implementation, and administration of Human Resources programs, initiatives, and services.
  2. Support initiatives by conducting research, due-diligence, and analyzing trends and data.
  3. Help prepare and distribute documentation regarding existing and new HR processes.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with teams, key stakeholders, and partners, internally and externally.
  5. Participate in professional development and networking opportunities to increase knowledge and understanding of key HR trends and tools.

  5. You are an active listener, excellent communicator, and are able to learn quickly and pivot to new ideas when necessary.
  6. Bilingualism (English/French) is required. If you are applying for a position which is open to applicants across Canada, unless otherwise indicated in the position, language proficiency in English is required for communicating with customers, advisors, or employees across Canada.
