Job Description:

We’re looking for a Bilingual HR Express Advisor to play a key role in fostering an inclusive and empowered experience for all TJX Canada Associates. In this dynamic position, you’ll actively contribute to organization-wide HR programs that align with the company’s objectives, supporting both Management and Associates as the first point of contact for HR services, technology, and policy inquiries. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable front-line support for all general HR inquiries, either received via phone, email, or fax
  • Research issues, provide answers, action where necessary, and document work performed
  • HR administration and data processing activities that are not completed through Manager and Employee Self Service functionality
  • Support HR processes related to onboarding, benefits administration, terminations, etc.

About You:

  • Minimum - College Diploma preferably in Human Resources
  • 1 – 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
  • Knowledge of Payroll and HR department procedures and processes (benefits, Retirement Savings Plans, compensation, learning and development, statutory holidays, overtime, taxes, and vacation)
  • Knowledge of the employment related legislation in all provinces

Salary Range: $50,955.00-$71,337.00 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
