- Provide high-quality service to consumer travel clients, focusing on building long-term relationships
- Sell a full range of preferred supplier products to meet and exceed sales targets
- Deliver accurate and detailed travel information, including travel documentation
- Organize and assist with local business-building promotions and networking events
- Resolve client complaints and ensure accurate invoicing and documentation of client files
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the travel industry
- Experience as a Travel Advisor
- Provincial certification required
- Bilingual in French and English
- Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
