Responsibilities for Bilingual Healthcare Clinic Security Guard
- Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
- Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Respond to calls from clients
- Remove unwanted persons from the property
- CCTV monitoring
- Enforce property regulations and city bylaws on the client's site
- Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
- Complete daily reports and incident reports
Qualifications for Bilingual Healthcare Clinic Security Guard
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- First aid certification an asset
- Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills (French and English)
- Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
- Be good with technology
- Be able to do weekend morning shifts
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
