You will be assisting inbound callers and identifying customer needs, assisting with troubleshooting, making product recommendations, taking payment, and helping customers navigate self-serve options.
Fluent in both French and English with at least 6 months of customer service (CSR) experience. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent. While working, your computer must be hard-wired to the internet.
