WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Answer all incoming calls from the client portfolio.
2. Ensure that requests are addressed in an expeditious manner.
3. Verify and track work orders to completion.
4. Analyze caller's needs and implement the best strategy to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
5. Continually build customer relations with client personnel.
6. Capture information in the system while continuing the conversation with the client.
7. Determine when to escalate critical works or issues that cannot be resolved without further assistance.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1. Bilingual English-French (written and spoken).
2. Interpersonal Skills / Interpersonal Sensitivity and Flexibility.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills are paramount, as is a team focus and positive 'can do' attitude.
4. A good working knowledge of personal computers (MS Word / Excel) and the ability to type 50 - 60 words per minute.
5. Ability to make decisions and possess good admin skills.
6. Ability to effectively communicate and liaise with a wide range of internal clients such as Facilities Managers, Operations Managers, and Account Managers.
7. Highly developed oral, listening, and written communication skills.
8. Able to work with little direction.
9. Team Player, focused on the best outcome for all.
10. Experience in the property industry is considered an advantage.

Estimated total compensation range for this position is: 20.00 – 20.00 CAD per hour.

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
