Must reside in Alberta, New Brunswick, Ontario, Nova Scotia, or Manitoba Province.

Location: Work from Home

Schedule: A minimum of 38 hours/week will be scheduled between 12pm-10pm CST

Due to business needs, schedules will include evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary.

To ensure you are set up for success, there will be 5 weeks of paid training, which will include self-led activities, instructor-led curriculum, and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

What’s a typical day as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist?

  1. Interacting with hundreds of callers daily and using techniques like active listening and critical thinking to bring resolutions to a wide array of customer service inquiries.
  2. Actively resolving complaints and concerns within the queue.
  3. Investigating billing & fraudulent activity concerns.
  4. Processing account requests.
  5. Providing guidance with product features & properly diagnosing hardware/software issues.
  6. Screen sharing to resolve technical issues as needed.
  7. Coordinating appointments for further troubleshooting & maintenance.
  8. Researching articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries.
  9. Properly documenting notes and effectively summarizing conversation details.
  10. Openly accepting feedback, coaching & training to further develop skills.

Qualifications

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  1. Have the ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly.
  2. Able to articulate your thoughts clearly and concisely in both languages (French and English).
  3. Solicit feedback openly and adjust accordingly.
  4. Have a High School Diploma or GED.
  5. Have hardwired home internet with a download speed of at least 40 mbps.
  6. Strong digital literacy with a commitment to continuous learning.
