Bilingual Customer Service

Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service role for a 6 month contract located across Canada. Please note this position is currently a work from home position.

Responsibilities:

1. Attend incoming customer calls regarding mortgages, RRSPs and general issues
2. Provide customer support to all inquiries
3. Respond to calls related to banking issues and complaints

Qualifications:

1. 1+ years of previous customer service experience
2. Bilingual: French is preferred
3. Team player with a positive attitude
4. Strong customer focus and negotiation skills
