Job Summary: You will be responsible for Order Management from start to finish, also providing company products and service information to consumers either online through chat, email or phone.
Education, Skills and Competencies Required:
Bilingual French and English, spoken and written
2+ years of experience with product Order Management
2 years’ experience supporting businesses/companies as customers (not just consumers/end users)
EDI experience is a must (at least 3 months)
Intermediate Excel is a must
Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and process many touch points; be results-oriented, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure, sit for long periods of time and manage extensive phone and computer work
