Job description

Adecco is currently looking for an Administrative Support to work full-time hours for our client located in East-end of Ottawa. The opportunity requires some administrative and receptionist abilities.   • Pay rate: $20 / hour
  • Job type: Temporary

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Sort and distribute mail for tenants
  • File and scan documents
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry
  • Answer phone calls and generic inquiries
  • Direct guests to the appropriate waiting areas
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

The Administrative Support must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • Background education in administration, support or a related field
  • Proficiency with the full MS suite (Outlook, Word)
  • Strong working proficiency with MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must be fluent in English and French (Bilingual)
