Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist
Bradford, ON

$30.00 per hour

In this role, you will be responsible for all client communication and coordinating payments. This is a small retail company where you will make a large impact!

Responsibilities

• Record and process incoming payments (cheques, wire transfers, credit card).
• Communicate with clients regarding their accounts, invoices, and payment status.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues or discrepancies.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare reports on accounts receivable status.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English, written and verbal.
• Minimum 5 years experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related role.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and communicate effectively.
• Ability to negotiate payment terms when necessary.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Clean criminal record (we will verify).
