We are looking for a Bilingual Accounts Payable Representative II - Financial Operations to join our growing team!

This role will offer you the chance to:

1. Participate in and contribute to the improvement of our processes in order to optimize and automate our financial operations.
2. Use one of the most powerful financial tools in the industry: Oracle Fusion.
3. Ensure compliance with our policies for better internal controls.
4. Work with a competent and dynamic team, in a fast-paced environment.
5. Accurately process and enter supplier invoices.
6. Follow up on discrepancies between invoices, receipt notes and purchase orders. Communicate with internal or external parties to spotlight irregularities, in addition to identifying corrective actions.
7. Make calls to verify and validate vendor banking information.
8. Perform reimbursement and analysis of employee expense accounts.
9. Manage corporate credit cards.
10. Support users: platform and travel policy.
11. Dispatch and follow up on email requests received.
12. Respond to clients/users in a timely manner.

What you bring to the table:

1. College diploma in accounting or any combination of equivalent and relevant experience will be considered.
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial transactions.
3. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is an asset.
4. Ability to learn quickly, agility and ability to adapt quickly to change.
5. Energy, passion and a positive attitude.
6. Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel.
7. Bilingualism (French-English) is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
8. No Canadian work experience required but must have authorization to work in Canada.
