Job Description

Are you interested in building state-of-the-art solutions that leverage Cloud Architecture and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and having an impact in a fast-growing startup? We are looking for experienced BI specialists with significant experience arranging datasets, extracting useful information, and visualizing them in meaningful dashboards to join our Software Delivery team. The candidate will work closely within a team environment to deliver high-value solutions to our customers.

Your Role In The Team

• Arrange datasets and extract useful information to visualize it in meaningful dashboards.
• Find relationships between various variables and time periods to enable executives in making the right business decisions.
• Enable our customers to improve their ability to execute root cause analysis on low performing KPIs.
• Work closely with customers to define, document, and design meaningful KPIs and dashboards to improve business operational efficiency.
• Provide data requirements and needs to the Delivery team.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses of data stored in the business’s SQL databases and write SQL scripts, analyze data.
• Troubleshoot data issues within the business and across the business, present solutions to these issues.
• Build KPIs and dashboards using ElasticSearch, Kibana, Tableau, and/or PowerBI.
• Participate with your teammates in sprints.
• Be an advocate for quality throughout the delivery process.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or in a related field or have equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with SnowFlake, Elastic Search, Kibana, Grafana, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
• Knowledge of Informatica and ETL tools is an asset.
• In-depth & strong knowledge of SQL language and query optimization.
• Very good knowledge of BI principles (decision-making DWH, Data Marts, Data Lake).
• Mindful of problem solving, initiative, and innovation.
• Written and spoken bilingualism (French and English).
