As an Account Manager in the Caribbean, you will be responsible for existing customers as well as the challenge to explore opportunities within the territory. Your base office will ideally be in the Miami office.
It is your task to ensure that our customers are offered the right solution based upon a solid understanding of the individual customers business and culture.
You are required to be able to excel on all necessary levels within the customers organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Nursing customer relations
- Exercise control of customer buying process
- Identification of new sales opportunities
- Preliminary value based solution discussions with customer, on all levels
Business Profile:
- You have a relevant education within the sector, Bachelor of Business, MBA, University degree e.g.
- You have solid experience within the Business Intelligence Industry, knows business procedures and the ‘rules of engagements’ with the customer.
- You have experience from sales of Business-/ IT solutions or as a business / Management consultant.
- You are used to negotiating procedures and can handle complex and demanding sales cycles.
- You are business oriented, solutions oriented, convincing in arguments, and have a strong personal engagement.
- You can execute on an individual basis, but are also team oriented.
- You are used to over-achievement of sales goals and targets.
- You are process oriented and have used at least one certified sales methodology.
You are bi-lingual in English / Spanish and have intimate knowledge of doing business in Caribbean. You are familiar with business industry terms, abbreviations and jargon within the TELCO, Banking or Government vertical.
