The Casual Beyond the Bell Educator reports directly to the Beyond the Bell (BTB) Area Supervisor. This position is responsible for the supervision of children, creating and facilitating the delivery of safe, age-appropriate programming in an after-school program. Casual Beyond the Bell Summer Camp Educators are required to be available to work a minimum of two (2) days a week, Monday to Friday, with mandatory availability for Field Trip shifts. The mandatory field trip shift will occur on either Wednesdays (Burlington site) or Thursdays (Hamilton site).

6 months’ experience working with children in direct program delivery.
Experience working directly with children with different learning abilities and/or other special needs, and vulnerable populations.
Experience and sensitivity in dealing with members of different cultural and racial backgrounds, including visible and invisible dimensions of diversity.
