Key Responsibilities:

3. Lead Conversion: Work with pre-provided leads, build relationships, and convert them into satisfied clients.

Qualifications:

1. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and build relationships with clients and team members remotely.
2. Self-Motivated: Work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
3. Organized: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
4. Experience: Previous experience in benefits or sales is a plus, but not required.
