What You’ll Do : As a Benefits Advisor, you’ll be the trusted resource for individuals and families looking to understand and maximize their benefits.

Your role will involve :

• Meeting with clients (virtually or in-person) to assess their needs.
• Educating them on the insurance benefits available to them.
• Customizing solutions to help protect their income and financial future.
• Building long-term relationships and being there for clients when they need you.
• Participating in training and mentorship to continue growing professionally.

Who You Are :

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a simple, accessible way.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn — no prior insurance experience needed!
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and benefits packages.
• Problem-solving mindset – you are resourceful and proactive in resolving client issues.
• Insurance knowledge or willingness to obtain insurance licensing (if applicable, we will help make the process seamless).
